Phil, the founder of Work Solutions in 1998 has run the company underpinned by strong customer relations for 20+ years.
Before entering Recruitment Phil was a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has always had a passion for helping businesses, their people and his staff meet their needs.
Anne Foran
Manager
Anne started working for Work Solutions in 2001, firstly doing accounts and payroll part time.
In 2006 she began recruiting and doing job placements. She “found her passion” finding people their dream job.
Rita Moon
Relationship Manager
Rita, “LOVES HER JOB”! She has worked in Recruitment, Customer Service and Sales for 24 years. Her career started in Transport, working there for 17 years before joining our Work Solutions team 8 years ago.
Helping people is her passion and finding the right person for the right job is everything. Being able to change peoples’ lives daily makes her proud to be a part of the company.
She cares about our staff and clients, it’s the little things she does that make a huge difference. We are lucky to have her and she is simply amazing.
